also that Harry having her eyes is revelant to the story

I don't really have any views on this. How can eyes play a part in the story?

yea.....it'd be quite wierd to have the colour of eyes involved with the story.....

but JK Rowling said that everyone always telling Harry he has his mothers eyes is revelant but i duno :s

He killed her because he wanted to kill Harry and she was in the way.

She needn't have died.

but that could be the same for James but he never pleded with him to get out of the way he neednt of died either if he was just after Harry !!

i suppose james died cuz he was duelling wid voldemort to save his family annd lily died to stop voldemort from killing her son which actually saved harry as he got a protection from lily'z sacrifice.....annd now as we ol kno voldemort has the same protection as harry becuz he used harry'z blood durin his resurection...he sure is quite intelligent...lol

yeah he duelled with Voldermort ... but Voldermort didnt mind killing James did he ... but as for Lilly he was pledgin with her to get out the way and she wouldnt.

Im not sure Voldemort culd have been `in love` with lilly-hasnt dumbledore always said Voldemort has never felt close to/or regarded any human being as a friend. Intresting about Harry having lilly's eyes being relevent to the story though. I have never really thought about that before

The only thing that Voldermort wanted that night was Harry,

He couldnt get him cause Lily got in his way and harry was protected by a charm
